How to Integrate FreshBook with Lovat
The L’Invoice & FreshBooks integration makes it easy to send invoices created in FreshBooks directly to L’Invoice for Peppol-compliant e-invoicing.
Why integrate FreshBooks with Lovat?
Connecting your FreshBooks account with your Lovat account helps you automate calculation on invoices, saving time and reducing the risk of manual errors. To link FreshBooks for tax compliance, please follow these clear steps.
1. Prepare for integration with FreshBook
To start the integration with FreshBook , go to your Lovat platform and log in using your credentials.
When you’re in:
- Open the left-hand sidebar and select STORES.
- In the top-right corner, click Add store to launch the setup.
2.Connect Fresh Book to Lovat
On the Add store page:
- Under “How to you prefer to integrate?”, select “Integrate through a supported platform”.
- In the Available web services area, click Show all to see every option you can connect to.
- From the list, choose FreshBooks to proceed.
3. Fill in store details
Next, fill in the essential details for this integration:
- In the Store name field, type in a name for your FreshBooks store connection.
- Select your Default warehouse country and Domestic Country as needed for tax reporting.
- Once all required fields are ready, click Connect store to move forward.
4. Login in FreshBook Account
After you hit Connect store, you’ll be redirected to the FreshBooks login page.
- Enter the email address linked to your FreshBooks account.
- Type your password and click Log in.
- If needed, use Forgot password? to reset your login credentials.
5. Integration Lovat with Fresh Book completed!
Once you approve the access request, your FreshBooks data will automatically sync with Lovat.
