Shopify Integration Guide

Integrate your Shopify store with your Lovat account. Lovat for Shopify app allows you to calculate taxes in Lovat for all sales on your Shopify site, and also upload EPR data for your packaging obligations.

In order to get integration of Shopify with your Lovat account for tax compliance purposes, please complete the following steps:

Step 1

Login into your company account and go to “Stores” section and choose “Add Store”.

Step 2

Select “Yes, I sell through Marketplace”. Then select Shopify integration and click “Connect Store”

Step 3

You will be redirected to your Shopify Account. Click “Add App” and then authorize “Lovat Compliance” application.

Step 4

Integration is complete! You can check the status in “Stores” Section and it should be “Active integrated with Shopify”.

The default location must match with the default warehouse country in the Store settings section at Lovat portal. It is the default warehouse, which is necessary if we don’t receive the country of dispatch from the integration. For America, you need to select the state and zip code.

Move to your Shopify account. Then open Settings and choose Locations section. Click on the button Add location for adding new location. 

If you need to edit or add the product, open the product card in the Inventory section click the button Edit locations and add warehouses with the goods quantity.
